Finishing touches at Studd Street - ABN7 Architects

Our perforated metalwork screen has been installed at Studd Street. We designed the screen as an alternative to a traditional garage door with the perforations allowing for natural ventilation to the storage space behind.

Work Starts on the Norse Office - ABN7 Architects

Works are underway at the Norse office project. The old office building has been demolished to prepare the site for the new office and warehouse extension.

Journalist Joanna Simmons has chosen to feature our work on a flat in Aberdeen in 'Houzz Tour'. Fountainhall Road was a refurbishment project that involved layout reconfiguration, a new kitchen, built-in storage and a master en-suite bathroom.

7 New houses in Twickenham - ABN7 Architects

Planning permission has been obtained for 7 spacious family homes on a redundant former builders yard in Twickenham. Working with the parameters of a confined site each house has a generous garden and two parking spaces. ABN7 Architects are working in collaboration with Red&White Design on this project.

Canonbury extension project - ABN7 Architects

Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent has been obtained to extend and alter this semi detached victorian villa in a conservation area. The proposals aim to provide a better connection between the house and the rear garden.

9 Rubislaw Terrace - ABN7 Architects

9 Rubislaw Terrace involved the sensitive refurbishment of a Listed Building to provide a new office for Mcknight Associates. Due to years of neglect, the full restoration encompassed everything from original plasterwork, windows, fireplaces and a new roof, with care taken to sensitively introduce the fittings required for a modern office space. ABN7 Architects were appointed to carry out a full architectural service on the project including Interior Design and Project Management

This three-bedroom property is a, purpose built, early 20th century flat within a Granite building in Aberdeen’s West end. The work involved the refurbishment of historical elements including panelled walls, architraves and cornicing in contrast with contemporary colours and additions.
